Strategic Communications Consultant
Helping coalitions, organizations and partnership-driven initiatives shape their stories and align them to the work.
WHAT I DO
I work with coalitions, networks, and partnership-driven initiatives — mostly in conservation, but also in other mission-driven spaces like food systems, education, and youth development.
My focus is helping partners shape the stories they want to tell, align them to the work, and figure out who they're telling them to. That often means translating complex, multi-voiced efforts into clear strategy, communications, and materials that move the work forward — for member organizations, partners, funders, and the broader public.
Drawing on a background in journalism, strategic communications, digital marketing, and project management, I bring both the storytelling craft and the operational instincts to help collective efforts cohere.

About
I came up through journalism — I hold a degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University and a second degree from the University of Colorado Boulder — and have spent the last several years working at the intersection of strategic communications, partnership building, and marketing in mission-driven organizations. My consulting practice is informed by my work as Marketing Manager at the National 4-H Council, where I lead integrated marketing for the country's largest youth development organization.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and bring that fluency to the communications work I do for organizations serving multilingual communities and audiences.
I live in Boise, Idaho, with my husband and our two cats, Kiki and Maui.
